This 4 levels open concept shopping mall is located in a predominantly expatriate community. The mall features F&B outlets, service related tenants, fitness centre and a supermarket. Cross ventilation at the main atrium and mall corridors were made possible by a series of punctuated openings based on seasonal wind flow directions.
